When you submit either form on this site, we collect the details you enter: your name, contact details, location, and the business or market information you choose to share.
We do not ask for payment details, identification documents or financial information through this website.
How it's used
Your details are used to respond to your enquiry and to follow up about the program or products you asked about.
The two forms are kept separate so a wholesale enquiry and a business-opportunity enquiry are handled by the right person.
Where it goes
Needs your input — Once the forms are connected to an inbox or CRM, name it here — for example 'submissions are delivered by email and stored in our CRM'. Right now the form endpoint only logs submissions on the server and sends them nowhere, so this page must be updated before launch.
